Refund policy

Sweet Senses is a brand owned and operated by Mayoor FNB, UDYAM-TS-07-0005886

Because we are a FNB and won't be able to return the product once the customer opens it.

Due to the nature of our products, Sweet Senses does not accept returns 
once the product seal or jar has been opened. This policy is in place to 
ensure the safety and quality of our food products.

However, we do accept return/replacement requests in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged or broken
- Wrong product delivered
- Product is expired at the time of delivery

For such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an 
unboxing video or photo as proof:
